PLU, hauteurs autoris\u00e9es, retraits, emprises, d\u00e9marches administratives : ces param\u00e8tres structurent la faisabilit\u00e9 et orientent les choix architecturaux. Une \u00e9tude rigoureuse permet de s\u00e9curiser le projet, d\u2019\u00e9viter les blocages et de garantir une conception conforme et performante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette page vous aide \u00e0 comprendre les points essentiels pour \u00e9viter les refus de permis ou les litiges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ma\u00eetriser les r\u00e8gles, lib\u00e9rer le potentiel du projet.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le PLU : la base de la r\u00e9glementation pour toute extension<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>Plan Local d\u2019Urbanisme (PLU)<\/strong> fixe les r\u00e8gles applicables \u00e0 votre terrain.
